We are recruiting for a new sales/account management role to join the team as part of our sustainable furniture brand. The role will be based around London and the Home Counties.
We are a leading UK supplier of zero-waste sustainable design, re-location and furnishing solutions. A people-centred family company, we focus on lowering the carbon cost of new furniture for renovation and refurbishment projects.
As Account Manager you’ll be responsible for securing new business, achieving set sales targets and managing existing accounts through regular communication. This will include site visits, meetings and phone calls. You’ll prepare quotes and presentations for potential clients, update customer records on our CRM and ensure excellent customer satisfaction at all times. You’ll offer clients detailed technical information on all of our products, as well as on our commitment to sustainability and reducing waste.
We’re looking for someone with contract furniture industry experience and a passion for sustainability. The ideal candidate is an outgoing and charismatic individual who is computer literate with great Microsoft and Excel skills. Knowledge of Sage-CRM, Cad Plans and pCon would be beneficial. A clean driving license is essential.
