The Chamber of Commerce Sustainability Conference was held at the Rothamsted Conference Centre on Friday 21st October, sponsored by
JPA Workspaces, Sky Studios and Willmott Dixon.
This event was a fantastic opportunity for local businesses to meet and discuss the impact SMEs can have on climate change and NetZero endeavours.
JPA's Fiona Edwards not only delivered a presentation on the importance of sustainability as an SME but was part of an inspiring panel who were on hand to answer audience questions on what Hertfordshire businesses can do to make a difference.

The Conference was also a great opportunity for everyone who is part of the #HertsGoGreenAndGrow initiative to get together in person. This initiative, founded by Fiona, is supported by Herts Chamber.
Colette Cooper, Director at Cariad Marketing says:
"The #HertsGoGreenAndGrow was a great shout from Fiona and the team at the Chamber. As SMEs we have a responsibility to change how we function as businesses to contribute to the wider problem. Our monthly meetings are a brilliant way of sharing information and brainstorming between like-minded businesses. Getting together in person at a conference that was focused purely on sustainability was brilliant. Fiona gave an upbeat, thought-provoking presentation, contributed to the panel discussion and also held a fascinating break-out session in the morning. It was a fantastic day".
Adam, Jo and Sue were also on hand throughout the day, to answer questions and exchange ideas for sustainable workplace development.
JPA Workspaces approach to NetZero is #Furnish with Purpose, which has developed through our expert workplace and supply chain knowledge alongside putting client service at the heart of everything we do.
