Even small changes can make a big difference to your office!

Did you know that making even minor changes to your workspace can have a big impact on your staff and the way they feel about their work environment? We recently persuaded our good friends at the Hertfordshire Chamber of Commerce to carry out an experiment with us! By swapping our their regular meeting table and chairs and replacing it with a comfortable upholstered sofa booth, we wanted to see if there would be any change in behaviour or the way staff felt about the space – just look what happened!!

Since we’ve been testing the sofa booth and the new meeting chairs from JPA, our offices feel more welcoming and homely, so much so that some of our staff have even been bringing in plants from home! The sofas are great spot for private calls, informal meetings or ten minutes away from the desk!! Naomi Powell, Herts Chamber of Commerce
