I have worked with JPA on many projects over the past 15 years and have found the service they provide to be consistently reliable and comprehensive. I know that when I go to JPA they will work hard to produce a scope of work that provides what the end users need and will then keep me informed about delivery dates. The installation crew have friendly "can do" attitude that overcomes occasional difficulties. All packaging materials are removed to leave newly fitted out areas tidy and ready for occupation. 
We do not get this level of service from other furniture providers.
